SPAGHETTI SIMPLICITER

Everything you see I owe to spaghetti.  ― Sophia Loren

It's getting colder and colder but there's still food to be cooked. This is probably the quickest, simplest spaghetti recipe out there. For when you're cold and tired and hungry. This will be warm and wonderful.

Serves 2
Adapted from Good Food Magazine

What you’ll need:
1 cup of Spaghetti (cooked till tender)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 ½ tsp pepper (add more if you like the heat)
½ cup grated cheese
Salt to taste
Lime juice
How to:
1. Put olive oil and butter in a shallow pan till butter melts. Add the pepper and give it one stir.
2. Tip in spaghetti and a dash of water. Stir a few times and add cheese. Stir some more.
Note: the cheese and butter will make a creamy sauce for the pasta. If you need add more cheese or a splash of water.
 3. Add some salt if you think you need it. Serve with a small splash of lime juice.
