We are thrilled about this restaurant explosion, as we love food and love eating out. However, we equally value looking fabulous and keeping healthy. We reach out to restaurants, which provide us with a list of their healthiest menu options and details of the ingredients used in these preparations. Based on this information we calculate the nutritional value of each dish, including the number of calories it contains. We publish these details on No Belly Delhi so the next time you’re out you can make better choices about the food and restaurants you visit based on your dietary needs. Further we will strive to share the latest and greatest in the nutrition space (Is Quinoa really a miracle food!?
